01 What is the story of Lurveau®? 

Lurveau is also pronounced as “Love you”. As the pronunciation of the brand name suggests, our concept and direction of Lurveau is towards the idea of being in love, with all the things and people around us.  Lurveau is a brand that works on collaboration of the past & present. It represents a new journey of a vision in the future, which holds on strongly to the core value of the late founder of the company. We hope this brand will slowly walk into lives of many people, bringing love and accompany them while they achieve their ambitions and dreams in life. Loving someone is putting him/her before you. Their interest comes first, yours comes next. It's about giving the best you can provide, without asking anything in return. We all can be the super hero for our love ones even in the smallest ways. No matter what kind of experiences you have with life or love, remember that there will always be someone out there who truly loves you. 02 I wear contact lenses and your packaging is so pretty! How can I purchase? Do you sell them online? 

Yes! You can now purchased our contact lenses and lens care products from our Lurveau.store. Our contact lenses can also be found at participating optical retail outlets. If you need advice from our in-house optometrist, do send us a message/e-mail: [email protected]. We will provide assistance to your needs. 

03 I would like to purchase Lurveau Eyewear from you. How can I do it? 

You can purchase Lurveau Eyewear from Lurveau.store. Alternatively, you can e-mail your order to us. You can choose Online Banking payment method via Billplz FPX with your preferred bank or manual bank transfer to us. We will be using Poslaju or GDex for orders within West Malaysia. You will receive your items between 3-5 working days. Poslaju only will be used for orders to East Malaysia. Alternatively, East Malaysian customers can proceed to our Shopee Store for better shipping rates (Link). 

P/s: At the moment, we are not shipping to any outside of Malaysia due to the current situation and disruption with international shipping. Thanks for your kind understanding.

04 After purchasing, how long will it take for my items to reach me? 

We will dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri).  

Poslaju / GDex Courier (West Malaysia) -  3-5 Working Days (depending on location and follow Covid-19 schedule)

Poslaju (East Malaysia) - 1 week (depending on location and follow Covid-19 schedule)

(Delays are common during busy seasons, please give allowance of a couple more days for custom clearance and delivery. In any event, please contact us. We will do our best to solve all problems.) 

05 How much does it cost for shipping the items to me? 

Shipping Cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.  (rate as of 19.9.2021)

Poslaju for West Malaysia we charge a flat rate of RM5.50 or Free Shipping above RM39.00.

GDex Courier for West Malaysia we charge a flat rate of RM8.00.

Poslaju for East Malaysia we charge RM13.20 for the first 0.5kg and subsequent 0.25kg an additional RM2.50. (i.e. 1kg = RM13.20 + [RM2.50 x 2] = RM18.20)
